WHO ARE WE?
The Studio hosts a varied array of equipment from barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, flip tires, battle ropes to big pieces of equipment like leg press, Smith machine, assisted pull-up, leg extension and leg curl.
We have a limited number of clients at any time, so that we can invest in you personally to support you above and beyond simply providing a workout plan.
As we all love seeing our clients achieve their goals!
