HOW DO WE WORK WITH OUR MEMBERS?

During your initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, what’s worked well for you in the past, what hasn’t, and the obstacles you’re currently facing. From there, we’ll create a personalised plan that best supports your health and fitness journey.

Our goal isn’t just to help you reach your targets — it’s to transform your lifestyle, habits, and mindset around health and fitness. We make the process personal, sustainable, and enjoyable.

We don’t usually work with fitness bunnies — we create them!

 

Who do we work with?

Our members are people like you - busy mums, dads, employers and employees - that have lost their way with fitness and are looking to flip that on it’s head. Going from “We’ll start Monday” to “How can I integrate this into my life to make this achievable and sustainable?”

 

What do we offer?

- Support inside and outside sessions, keeping you accountable to the goals and actions we have set ourselves.

- Simple and effective nutrition advice, no overhauling fad diets.

- 1 to 1 coaching or group coaching, with over 14 sessions per week to choose from, including gym access.

- A holistic approach when it comes to your sleep, mindset, gut health and so on.

- A supportive community that has your back during your health and fitness journey.

- Workshops covering other aspects of your health.

- Social meet ups outside of the gym - as we’re all human.
