HOW DID THIS START?

Fitness has been part of my life since the age 11. I did Tae Kwon Do for many years which inspired me to do other martial arts. After accumulating a fair few niggles and injuries, I decided to completely change what I was doing and started to lift weights. Lacking in confidence and with no real knowledge of the subject I paid for some 1-1 coaching and that’s when the real journey began.

Weight lifting became my passion, and what better way to share a passion than to coach others. I enrolled onto a Personal Training course and after qualifying in 2016 I then worked part time in a gym alongside my current job to gain as much experience as possible.

In 2018 I had the opportunity to open my own facility, I leapt at the chance.

Since then my main focus has been to help people who really want to lose weight and gain self-confidence. My goal is to enable my clients to genuinely enjoy their health and fitness journeys.

Here in the studio we have formed a community of people who didn’t consider themselves fitness enthusiasts but genuinely enjoy coming along to classes or 1-1 PT’s in a low pressure environment, where the main aim is to have fun.
